In this role, you will:

·        Display excellent customer service skills, teamwork and understanding to achieve customer satisfaction,

·        Ensure excellent discipline and grooming standards are always displayed while on duty,

·        Verify information on travel documents, passports and/or visas,

·        Ensure that the handling requirements of the various categories of passengers (e.g. unaccompanied minors, young passengers, elderly and passengers with special needs etc.) have been met and that special services and facilities are provided,

·        Assist customers with issues regarding to automated check-in systems,

·        Ensure effective communication with the passengers and the senior management and update if any flight or service delays are anticipated,

·        Follow the safety and security standards in the workplace,

·        Identify and report breaches of safety and security standards in the workplace.


Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below criteria:

·        Minimum High School Diploma

·        Previous customer service experience preferred

·        Proficiency in spoken and written English to effectively communicate with international passengers

·        To be considered for this role you need to have right to live and work in Singapore
